eCOS® WEB APP: IN-STORE RESPONSIVENESS, USABILITY AND ERGONOMICS

In charge of the POSM development and availability to sales force, the Trade Marketing Coordinator had to deal with multiple demands by email and by phone: it was very time-consuming. For LEGO, the eCOS® Sales software program allows to manage all these demands by gathering in a unique tool:
- all the resources made available for the salesforce to ensure the excellence of in-store implementation,
- different service providers which facilitates all the activations follow-up […]
and it also is, for HQ, the opportunity to follow and monitor investments.
