In charge of the POSM development and availability to sales force, the Trade Marketing Coordinator had to deal with multiple demands by email and by phone: it was very time-consuming. For LEGO, the eCOS® Sales software program allows to manage all these demands by gathering in a unique tool:

• all the resources made available for the salesforce to ensure the excellence of in-store implementation,
• different service providers which facilitates all the activations follow-up […]
• and it also is, for HQ, the opportunity to follow and monitor investments.
